corcoran gallery of art

The Corcoran gallery of art is a museum to go to if one wishes to see into the past. On view now are WAR GAMES by David Levinthal, ROOTS AND LINKS an amazing exhibit showcasing talent and gifts from women, and the last rotating exhibit is LETTERS ON TOP OF BUILDINGS by Cynthia Connolly. I found LETTERS ON TOP OF BUILDINGS to be wicked. The pictures depict buildings in Washington d.c. in the 1980's. I really loved the theme and style of her art work. It inspired me to go back and listen to the beginnings of rock and roll (so to speak), my Ipod has been stuck on Bon Jovie, David Bowie, and the rolling stones for days now.
