for my project i wanted to involve other people and not just myself, i feel that art is something that should be shared and not just seen. so what i did was went onto my TUMBLR and got user names from people who reblogged a post that i made. then after writing down the names onto playing cards i went about arlington and d.c. leaving the cards in places that caught my eye (so to speak). on the back of the playing cards i included a link to my tumblr so people could tell me about finding the card and how it felt to them. out of the 72 playing cards, there is only one that is not accessible. this is because the place i put it was on a painting of a galaxy that i did in the studio. this card belongs to my friend emily and she told me she loved it.
